PRESCHOOL
The K4-K5 Kindergarten program has been serving the Jacksonville Area community for more than 20 years. As part of The Christian School at Heart of Heart Christian Academy, our mission is to teach children to know Christ and make Him known! We have teachers who love, instruct, and serve our preschool children, ages 5 years (K-4). We are accredited by the Association of Christian Schools, ensuring that our staff and programs meet the highest standards of excellence!
ELEMENTARY
The elementary years at Heart to Heart Christian Academy provide a solid academic and spiritual foundation for life! Our Elementary School consists of grades First through the fourth grade, with students advancing to our Intermediate School for fifth and sixth grades
INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL
Unique to the Jacksonville, Florida area, our Intermediate School (5th and 6th grades) provides a great stepping stone for that, sometimes difficult, transition from elementary to middle school.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Taught from a decidedly Christian worldview, the middle school program at Heart to Heart Christian Academy offers a rigorous academic curriculum for students of grade 7th through 8th grades along with many elective opportunities
Our vision is to academically equip students with learning differences to achieve success in the classroom and to assist them in reaching their fullest potential in Christ. SOAR can provide individual or small group support monitoring student’s progress, accommodations with the curriculum/materials, aid with student organizational skills and more.

HOME OF THE ROARING LIONS
This Year Heart to Heart will offer Intramural sports for the students and community. Our purpose is to offer various sports to promote teamwork, fair play, and fun. Once school has begun, we will provide parents with additional information. "Let's Go Roaring Lions"

Heart to Heart is your school for life. Heart To Heart has been educating students from grades K4 through 8th.
