Applying online simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. Here's how to get started with your application:

STEP ONE : Create An Account (press CREATE An ACCOUNT BELOW)

To begin the online application process, (CREATE AN ACCOUNT). After creating an account, please, check your email and complete the verification process.
STEP TWO : Create A New Application
​
Log in to your account and create a new student application for your child. Be sure to select your student's grade level and whether you are applying for Heart to Heart Christian Academy. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
STEP THREE: Submit Your Application
​
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
To be accepted into the school, students and parents/guardians must agree to uphold the standards established by the school. If, during the application process, it becomes apparent that Heart to Heart cannot meet the needs of the student, that student will not be accepted into the school. Heart to Heart admits students of any race, nationality or ethnic origin, but at least one parent/guardian must be a practicing Christian.
You may also complete the application by filling out the documents provided in the links below. Once completed, please either print and deliver the required files to our office’s administrative team or save and email them directly.

Beginning 9/2/2025, Parents with 2 or more students enrolling are eligible for a $100.00 discount per student enrolled.
Please Read Carefully

Gather all required documents.
a. Birth Certificate
c. Report Card or Progress Report
d. Photo of Child
e. Immunization Card
f. Recent Physical (3 months or less)
g. Letter of Recommendation
h. Parent Identification (State Isssued)
i.Log into the Step Up For Students Account (EMA) and obtain your childs "students award ID for current year." This ID changes each year so please do not submit the previous ID.
3. You have Completed the Application when you have uploaded all requested documents and have signed.
Once the school reviews your information, you will be contacted. Failure to submit all required documents will delay your application.
